1. Use of this website
These Terms govern your use of powerwave.ai and the PowerwaveAI demo sign-up form, demonstration phone line and demo emails (the "Services"), operated by Fluent Data Systems under the PowerwaveAI brand. By using the Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. Do not misuse the Services, attempt to disrupt them, or use them for any unlawful purpose.
2. The AI demo line
- The demo line is a demonstration. It answers as a fictional business (for example, "Coastal Comfort HVAC"), and appointments booked on it are not real. No technician will be dispatched.
- Calls are answered by an AI voice assistant and are recorded and transcribed, as announced at the start of each call. By staying on the line you consent to the recording. If you do not consent, hang up.
- Not an emergency service. If you smell gas, see smoke or fire, or anyone is in danger, leave the area and call 911. Safety guidance given by the assistant is general and does not replace emergency services or a licensed professional.
- Please use a made-up service address when trying the demo.
3. Demo sign-up and emails
- To get the demo number you submit the sign-up form with accurate contact details for yourself. Don't sign up anyone else. We issue a demo code, valid for 7 days, that lets the assistant find your email address on the call.
- By checking the consent box you agree to receive the demo confirmation email and to be contacted by PowerwaveAI about AI phone assistants. You can opt out at any time by replying to any of our emails or writing to info@fluentdatasystems.com.
- Your sign-up details are stored in our CRM (Zoho CRM) and handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
- We may limit or refuse sign-ups and calls that look automated, abusive or fraudulent.
- The demo line does not send text messages.
4. Content and intellectual property
The website, the demo and their content are owned by PowerwaveAI or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial evaluation. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer them without our written permission.
5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. AI output can be inaccurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PowerwaveAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to $100.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
